Purpose and legal basis
We process your contact and project details to take steps at your request before a contract is entered into (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). First-party funnel measurement is based on legitimate interests. Google Analytics is loaded only with consent.
Recipients and retention
If another company is needed for the work, necessary project and contact details are shared only after you decide to proceed. Service providers may process email, hosting and analytics data. Unconverted enquiries are retained for 12 months; active projects for the project duration plus 24 months; accounting records as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Contact hej@tryggrenov.se. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
